Refund policy

We are sure that you will be happy with your order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are able to process a refund for the items as long as we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the goods subject to the conditions set out below. 

To request a refund or exchange please email  with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.

We will provide you the returns address to send the item back to and we will then inspect the returns and we will inform you if the return/exchange has been approved.

If the refund is due to a shipping error or damaged goods we will cover the cost of returning the item. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. We strongly advise that you return items using a method that requires proof of delivery and includes insurance for any damage caused during return transit. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged returned items.

Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.

Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the appropriate amount within 7 days of the item being received by us. For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time.
